Senior Recruiter (m/f/d)

As consultants, we work onsite with our clients to ensure we’re evolving their technology and empowering adaptive mindsets to meet their business goals. You could influence the digital strategy of a retail giant, build a bold new mobile application for a bank or redesign platforms using event sourcing and intelligent data pipelines. You will use the latest Lean and Agile thinking, create pragmatic solutions to solve mission-critical problems and challenge yourself every day.
You will work with a team of experienced and passionate recruiters, defining and executing a recruiting strategy for one of the biggest names in agile software and technology delivery. The role can be based out of one of our offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Munich.

As a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) at ThoughtWorks you will be involved in:
- Leadership & Industry Knowledge: We are continuing to build sourcing and marketing capabilities within our talent team and are looking for someone who can help us determine the structure of our recruiting function. You’ll get to work with a bunch of recruiters who care passionately about finding amazing talent for our business, and partner with leaders in the technology industry who’ll encourage you to raise your recruiting game.
- Influencing & Relationship Building: Recruiting at ThoughtWorks is challenging; we hire the best talent and take our inclusivity and diversity hiring aspirations seriously. Our recruiters are responsible for hiring multiple roles across different disciplines whilst balancing the needs of key internal stakeholders and community teams. You are an influencer and are seen as a trusted advisor at a senior level.
- Sourcing & Building Talent Pools: You are passionate in sourcing with the ability to identify exceptional talent across a number of channels. You ideally have great Boolean search skills, including talent mapping and competitor analysis.
