With more than 3,000 food convenience stores across the UK and a wide range of additional brands, the Co-op needed a strategy to go digital to meet their customers where they are doing their shopping. Working together, the Co-op team and ThoughtWorks developed a roadmap to an omni-channel future. 'Delightful Food Deals' is the Co-op's first initiative on this long journey.
