ThoughtWorks Australia is looking for an exceptional internal recruiter to add to our small and awesome recruiting team in Sydney or Melbourne. You will join a business that appreciates and values our recruiters, because you are critical to the businesses success. Our people make our business.
You'll be hunting for talented, diverse people who may or may not be technical. Amazing developers is a core focus though. We will ask you to do that in a range of creative ways - from creative advertising, to building long term talent pipelines using a range of different tools and channels. We believe that a great recruiter wears a creative marketing hat at all times.
