Hunting for talented and diverse skill sets, you will partner with a range of stakeholders (From your team in sourcing, regional recruitment and the wider talent function). As part of the Global Sourcing CoE, you will work as part of our industry revered 'Agile Sourcing' methodology, using modern, efficient and data driven sourcing and delivery approaches!</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sourcing at ThoughtWorks is different to other sourcing roles. &nbsp;When we talk about working strategically as an 'influential Talent Advisor' we really mean it.
