Behind every ThoughtWorker story, recruitment marketing campaign and hiring-focused webinar, is the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Lead. As an extension of recruitment and the talent-minded member of the marketing organization, you will craft and launch an Employer Brand/Recruitment Marketing strategy that positions ThoughtWorks as the tech employer of choice. Ultimately, your efforts will impact business growth, help foster a vibrant community of diverse and passionate technologists and nurture a steady stream of qualified candidates who are destined to be ThoughtWorkers.
You’ll spend time on the following:
- Champion ThoughtWorks’ brand and partner with leaders, teams and ThoughtWorkers to drive consistency with the brand locally
- Collaborate with both global and local key stakeholders to establish annual plans including the strategies that best align with both marketing and talent goals
- Craft North America’s Employer Brand/Recruitment Marketing strategy and bring it to life through various channels
- Mine, develop and share stories across platforms through integrated marketing brand and recruitment campaigns
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders on content development and targeted channels to ensure a consistent, impactful message is delivered to the right audience at the right time
- Leverage short- and long-term insights in order to positively influence the candidate journey and enable further investment to champion ongoing campaign development
- Grow, engage and nurture potential candidates through our nurture campaign Access TW and demonstrate progress through analysis, optimization and reporting
- Ensure that all ThoughtWorkers feel empowered and excited to be brand ambassadors by driving strategies that improve employee engagement
- Pursue awards and recognition opportunities that will increase ThoughtWorks’ brand awareness and position us as the tech employer of choice
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- You have a minimum of 10 years of integrated marketing campaign experience, preferably from a fast-paced tech company
- Ideally 8 years of experience within Employer Brand or Recruitment Marketing
- You’ve launched social media campaigns and have created and marketed digital content across a variety of media to drive awareness, consideration and conversion (and you enjoy reporting on it, too)
- A focus on measurement, goal setting and delivery
- Readiness to learn from and collaborate with recruiters, marketing, and other functional teams while sharing learnings and best practices
- You’re collaborative in a team environment but are also comfortable running solo when need be
- Diversity, equity inclusion aren’t a separate project to you - they’re compasses that guide your work
- Operating between strategy and execution is where you shine: you don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves to get things done
- You have a knack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise
- You thrive in a collaborative and non-hierarchical environment and are nimble in ambiguous situations
- A natural communicator, you’re a pro at presenting ideas, telling stories and getting buy-in through various communications tactics
