As an extension of&nbsp; recruitment and the talent-minded member of the marketing organization, you will craft and launch an Employer Brand/Recruitment Marketing strategy that positions ThoughtWorks as the tech employer of choice. Ultimately, your efforts will impact business growth, help foster a vibrant community of diverse and passionate technologists and nurture a steady stream of qualified candidates who are destined to be ThoughtWorkers.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You’ll spend time on the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Champion ThoughtWorks’ brand and partner with leaders, teams and ThoughtWorkers to drive consistency with the brand locally</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with both global and local key stakeholders to establish annual plans including the strategies that best align with both marketing and talent goals</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Craft North America’s Employer Brand/Recruitment Marketing strategy and bring it to life through various channels</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mine, develop and share stories across platforms through integrated marketing brand and recruitment campaigns</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner closely with internal stakeholders on content development and targeted channels to ensure a consistent, impactful message is delivered to the right audience at the right time</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leverage short- and long-term insights in order to positively influence the candidate journey and enable further investment to champion ongoing campaign development</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Grow, engage and nurture potential candidates through our nurture campaign </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Access TW </span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">and demonstrate progress through analysis, optimization and reporting</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure that all ThoughtWorkers feel empowered and excited to be brand ambassadors by driving strategies that improve employee engagement&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pursue awards and recognition opportunities that will increase ThoughtWorks’ brand awareness and position us as the tech employer of choice&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Here’s what we’re looking for:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have a minimum of 10 years of integrated marketing campaign experience, preferably from a fast-paced tech company</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ideally 8 years of experience within Employer Brand or Recruitment Marketing</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’ve launched social media campaigns and have created and marketed digital content across a variety of media to drive awareness, consideration and conversion (and you enjoy reporting on it, too)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A focus on measurement, goal setting and delivery</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Readiness to learn from and collaborate with recruiters, marketing, and other functional teams while sharing learnings and best practices</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’re collaborative in a team environment but are also comfortable running solo when need be&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Diversity, equity inclusion aren’t a separate project to you - they’re compasses that guide your work&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Operating between strategy and execution is where you shine: you don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves to get things done</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have a knack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You thrive in a collaborative and non-hierarchical environment and are nimble in ambiguous situations</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A natural communicator, you’re a pro at presenting ideas, telling stories and getting buy-in through various communications tactics&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>ThoughtworksChicago USA
