Cultivation Project Lead2019-03-13T00:04:07-04:00<div> <p>The main duties and responsibilities of the job</p> <ul> <li> <p>You will implement, oversee and project manage the TW career development programme against TW’s three pillars and aligns with the TW vision.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will provide a framework and guidance for employees and match with a career partner</p> </li> <li> <p>You will maintain the cultivation community with a focus on growth and development, including regular calls, training and performance review.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will work alongside the People Team for bi-annual compensation reviews to ensure career partners are prepared.</p> </li> <li> <p>Liaise with global cultivation community for alignment to global initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage internal personal development budgets including a training calendar, development programmes, and budget tracking.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage relationships with external vendors to provide training that will support career path, goals and objectives.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Skills, qualifications and experience needed:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must have experience in people lead role or similar.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have experience in managing relationships with external vendors</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Must have extensive experience within learning and development, compensation reviews and performance assessment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have lengthy experience in large scale roll out of change programmes.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The location of this role will be London, with a competitive salary, opening date of 26th February 2019 &amp; closing date of 27th March 2019</p> <p> </p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';"><img src="" width="286" height="136"></span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;"> </p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;"> </p> </div>ThoughtworksLondonUK
