We are looking for an Agile Coach who can drive Agile transformations from design to implementation.
Who will you work with?
You’ll work closely with the agile transformation team of clients to implement better ways of working along with client leadership, business sponsors/stakeholders and global product/service teams.
Your experiences will help evolve client's strategy to design a way of working "experiments" to help them improve continuously. You’ll typically work on products across enterprise functions and the client organization to deliver breakthrough digital products and experiences.
You will have the freedom to try new ideas, experiment and are expected to constantly learn and grow. There is also a strong emphasis on mentoring others in the group, enabling them to grow and learn.
What will you be responsible for?
Your goal will be to disrupt and improve the way teams work by increasing organizational agility to produce innovative outcomes.
In this role (based upon client situation) you will either be working individually or within a team of experts/consultants adept at solving complex digital problems and helping the organization with agility. You will be a part of a cross-functional unit that will design, build and deliver new and exciting capabilities - with the emphasis on creating the foundation for rapid and effective product and service development that maximizes value from day one for the clients.
Your responsibilities will range from transforming team agilities to shaping the client's strategic transformation journey - working across products and services for various functional and business domains. You will have to structure scaled Agile transformation with uncertain or changing constraints.
You will coach leaders and teams on a variety of digital topics including product management, design thinking, engineering culture, and DevOps. You'll engage with product and service teams as a “do-er” and actively problem solve, create content, and facilitate training as required to best serve client teams.
