Transforming Vision Into Value (CIO Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany)
My passion is transforming vision into value and developing innovative solutions together with and for the German Mercedes-Benz sales organization with more than 13,000 employees. The real-life implementation is based on a value-driven, product-oriented approach with cross-functional teams.
Together with my 70+ employee strong IT department with offices in Berlin, Stuttgart and London, I’m convinced that the current challenges of the digital transformation can only be mastered when we’re able to combine an adaptive learning culture with a strong focus on technology in order to create value. By living and following our joint priorities: FOSS, Identity & Access Management, IT Security, API Architecture, Cloud & DevOps and People in IT (Learning Culture). Our goal is to identify and measure the key success factors and the ideal approach to write success stories for our various business partners and customers.
In my professional career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in different IT functions across the Daimler organization. I’m very grateful for having the chance to learn how to create empowered teams in complex and challenging environments by combining leadership, management and technology.
