I'm a Lawyer. Yes, I know, that's not a very common background for an IT guy. What happened is that even before graduating I realised the kind of code I liked wasn't the Legal ones ;-)
About 9 years of my career I've attempted to create solutions as a Software Developer. Later, I became interested in trying to help others create these solutions more than creating them myself. Well, at least that was the main idea behind me becoming a Scrum Master and later a PM.
Since I like to talk (a lot) about Agile, some friends and I created the Lean Coffee São Paulo event, which happens every third Saturday of the month since 2012, and the Kudoos website, which is our channel to write about Agile in Portuguese.
The best advice I can give a current or future ThoughtWorker is
Cultivate humbleness: It does not matter how much you know about a subject, you can still be wrong.
The thing I love most about my work is
I love the discussions I have with other ThoughtWorkers. It does not matter the subject, these conversations are always enlightening.
