Architect

Jie (Jeff) Xiong has been with ThoughtWorks for 10 years working as a developer, project manager, management consultant and office principal. He is currently an architect in ThoughtWorks' Global Health practice, striving to provide affordable Health IT solutions for poor people in low-income countries.

The Interview

I came to find ThoughtWorks by

translating Martin Fowler's book "Refactoring".

The thing I'm most proud of from my time here is

setting up Chengdu office, and developing software for rural Africans.

The thing I love most about my work is

working with smart people on meaningful tasks.
