Over the course of my career, I've worked across multiple countries in a diverse range of roles including Employer Brand Specialist, Strategic Marketing, Programme Management and Communications, and Head of Quality Assurance. My diverse experience in these roles has allowed me to develop exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management skills, strong technical marketing skills and the ability to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and relevance within the market.
At ThoughtWorks, I am responsible for leading the effective delivery of end to end campaigns with the aim of attracting top talent to the company. This role also sees me developing and promoting large-scale marketing events, undertaking marketing analysis and partnering with internal stakeholders to provide specialist marketing advice and support.
