If you are looking for a role, where the people you hire are directly impacting a global organisation, this could be the one!&nbsp;</div> <div> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Global Recruiter at Thoughtworks, you'll be working on our business's most critical operations hiring needs, hunting for talented, diverse skill sets all over the world, while partnering with a range of stakeholders (From executive board members to operations team leads). Using a variety of pipeline development approach across inbound (applications from our website and other attraction), outbound (from various proactive sourcing tools and our global sourcing centre) and referrals, you will be engaged across our full recruitment lifecycle.&nbsp; </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Recruitment at ThoughtWorks is different to other recruitment roles. &nbsp;When we talk about working strategically as an 'influential Talent Advisor' we really mean it. You will be helping shape the roles, the process of assessment, the route and delivery to market and the overarching delivery management of the hiring.
