As Lead - Digital Banking SME at ThoughtWorks, you will need to have...

• 10+ years of experience in the retail banking space
• Deep domain knowledge in Retail Banking and its associated processes including Deposits, lending & payments 
• Mix of both Domain, as well as Hands-on Delivery (i.e practitioner) experience and can work with and influence Business Users, Subject Matter Experts, Analyst, and Project/Program Managers to Propose new solutions to deliver the expected Outcomes.
• Experience with advisory and execution of an organization's vision and initiatives, establishing the appropriate structure, governance, policies, and team design to deliver the desired state for the organization.

• Been part of multiple technology transformation projects in the Retail Banking space.

• Experience with executing the digital transformation strategy for a Bank

It will be an added advantage, if you also have….

• Prior Experience of working with Fintech firms in delivering digital solutions.
• Understanding of the Impact of AI, Blockchain, Cloud and Data on the Banking Industry
• Understanding of the Business Model and Strategy of Fintech and Regtech players in the Banking Industry.
• Been and wish to be a valuable player in sales pursuits. Can structure our entry strategy in a market or into an account by helping think through value statements - connecting our proposition to their fears and opportunities.
