We are a diverse community of bright and passionate individuals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As Bid Manager for our Public Sector clients your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Working closely with the ThoughtWorks UK Demand (Sales) team</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assume full responsibility for evaluating and preparing all Public Sector project bids for the UK Region to a high standard, including GDS framework renewal bids every 6-12 months, and new frameworks</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver tender responses in full compliance with customer requirements and deadlines</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Market research, horizon scanning and monitoring framework portals for new opportunities and alert sales team accordingly</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate attendance at any pre-market engagement / supplier briefing calls and events</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Upon contract award, support contract closure / renewal activities, helping to navigate client and internal governance processes</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with and support the project delivery team to ensure a smooth handover as the project starts</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Attributes: </strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previous experience and knowledge of Public Sector procurement, frameworks and selection processes of software development and professional services consultancy</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrable experience of medium - large scale winning bids in Public Sector</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Commercial and financial acumen</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analytical, with great attention to detail</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally &amp; externally</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborative spirit and team-player approach</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Enthusiasm, passion, proactivity, determination, optimism, self-organisation</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Not ready right now?
