ThoughtWorks Thailand is looking to invigorate our recruitment marketing capability. Sitting between the recruiting and marketing teams, you’re going to help us develop innovative marketing strategies and programs to make Thoughtworks Thailand an attractive place to work and an employer of choice.
Key aspects of the job:
Digital Marketing : This includes ad campaigns, community management, website content, social media marketing. Be a community manager across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, whatever else crops up) so that we are building online communities.
Marketing automation & analytics: Use our marketing automation tool for monitoring event metrics, analyzing marketing campaigns, and reporting on all activity and results.
Events: Envision, co-ordinate and project manage our calendar of events, making sure that we’re executing properly, by helping with the set up and follow up of the leads that we generate.
We think the role is part community manager, part Project Manager, part Business Analyst - your ability to gather requirements, bring innovation and generally make things better will all be put to good use.
