Parental leave and childcare vouchers

Family is important to us, which is why we offer generous parental leave. Our parental leave policy allows 6 weeks full pay for paternity, 6 months full pay (and a further 6 months leave available) for either maternity or shared parental leave. We also support childcare vouchers which can be used at your discretion. 

Health and wellness

ThoughtWorks cares about your health and mental well-being, that’s why you’re entitled to a cash healthcare fund which can be used on a range of benefits, including counselling, physiotherapy, dental, optical and more. Private healthcare enables you to be seen by a specialist at a time and location that's convenient. In addition we have direct access to mental health support with no referral required.
