What does your job involve?
It depends on the project, but I’d say mainly is communicating with people, to analyze and finalize business requirements and translate them into backlogs, to ensure the product is delivered with its finest quality.
What is the most rewarding aspect of what you do?
Everyone is working at their best quality. You can rely on your team without worry.
We’d love to hear about your career journey. Can you talk about what led you to Thoughtworks and your decision to join Thoughtworks?
I started my career with a System Analyst role, then Global improve advisor, Agile coach, and Freelancer. Quite a mix of backgrounds here! After a few years of a career break, I joined Thoughtworks because my friend told me to, just simple like that! But I actually chose Thoughtworks because I’ve heard many good reviews about the way of work and the openness here!
What has been your favorite part of your Thoughtworks career to date?
Great colleagues and good office vibes.
