Striving to make Thoughtworks equitable, reflective and inclusive for everyone regardless of age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability, background or identity, we have been intentional in creating the support systems and programs to ensure strong diversity at every level. We are very proud of our work in the gender equality space, where we have invested heavily in ways to support and develop women and under-represented gender minorities (WUGM) technologists within the business, from recruitment and remuneration, through to parental policies and leadership opportunities.
In recognition of Women History’s Month and International Women’s Day, we are further amplifying our gender diversity and equality efforts by bringing into the forefront women’s voices with a series of activities to raise awareness, break the bias, and simply to inspire, support and attract more women to the technology industry.

Jobs in tech are not just about coding. Neither do you need a degree in computer science to work in tech companies. To jumpstart your tech career exploration, understanding the different types of roles is important. Or even if you are a techie, you can use this session to ask inspiring female Thoughtworkers in different roles any questions. Whether you are into tips on how to ace your next interview, a must read book for self development or a hot topic in the world of technology - you can just ask. We have no planned theme. We have just a planned panel willing to listen and answer your questions.
Save the date and head on down to our Facebook page for the session. See you there!
