Working Student Capability Development (m/f/d)

As a Working Student (m/f/d) at Thoughtworks you

  • Will be part of the Germany People Team and collaborate closely with the Capability Development Lead, Excellence in Client Services Lead as well as the internal global Learning and Development community.
  • Help to prepare and schedule instructor-led training and workshops for a broad variety of audiences
  • Manage e-learning signups and licences
  • Supporting the rollout and uptake of our new Learning Management system e.g. by enabling trainers to use it and exploring possibilities to use it to its full potential 
  • Analysis of usage of tools, programme feedback and course uptake and completion
  • Communication and promotion of courses

What we are looking for:

  • You are very organised and good at planning
  • Able to work on multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong team spirit
  • Curiosity and willing to contribute your own ideas to improve things
