Senior Marketing Manager - Brand and Campaigns

Job responsibilities

  • To develop a deep understanding of the business and its marketing objectives
  • Work with the UK Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to develop and agree the brand marketing plan. Ultimately your goal will be to ensure Thoughtworks becomes famous amongst C-suite executives and senior decision makers
  • Work with marketing colleagues, external vendors and other stakeholders, to execute the plan, delivering brand campaign activity across a range of channels
  • Work with analytics and digital experience teams to interpret analytics results for all channels, analyse campaign activity, track performance and optimise campaign activity
  • Collaborate with the global Brand team and other colleagues to track and measure brand performance, whilst monitoring competitor brand activity
  • At all times, to leverage research and data, to develop actionable, insights-led strategies

Job qualifications

Technical skills

  • Extensive B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within the technology/technology consulting sectors
  • Experience of working at a strategic level, developing brand campaign strategies is essential
  • Proven track record in campaign management and delivery is essential
  • Strategic mindset (the ability to understand and translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans) 
  • Good experience of using research, data and analytics to identify and develop actionable insights
  • A proven relationship builder, with excellent communication, negotiation and presenting skills
  • A strategic thinker, commercially astute, with good analytical and reporting skill
