We have a great opportunity to be part of our global FP&A team. The position is based in the US, with flexible working locations. The role reports to the Directors of FP&A. As part of the global FP&A team, you will work in a dynamic environment, alongside talented and passionate people from all over the world. We are looking for autonomous, highly committed and flexible people who like to learn and love to handle data to generate insights for the business. Here you'll put your thinking skills into practice, as well as your ability to see the big picture, while being prepared to delve into the details.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Global FP&A Function and Regional Finance Teams who are responsible for contributing to business success and company performance through financial reporting and insights
  • Produce analytical scenario models for decision-making and drive the business to achieve greater profitability and revenue growth
  • Support the global planning and forecasting cycles as well as in the production of internal presentation materials and external stakeholders
  • Produce written analysis reports for internal and external communication of company performance
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within the financial community and across the company (globally)

Job qualifications

Technical skills

  • Passion for data analysis, your knowledge of excel must be advanced. Knowledge of other automation tools (SQL, Adaptive Insights etc) is desirable
  • Strong ability to create analytical models to investigate sales pipeline and other business metrics
  • Structured and analytical thinking. Love information processing and have the ability to turn raw data into insights
  • Critical analysis to detect anomalies, trends and deviations, and be diligent to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Professional skills

  • Complete higher education in courses such as economics, mathematics, statistics, administration, accounting, or similar
  • Solid experience in the financial area, in a similar role, working with financial modeling in companies or financial consultancies. If you have experience in a technology company, it's a plus
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to leadership
  • Know how to prioritize and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • An open mindset to learn and unlearn with peers around the world. Be flexible and know how to deal with rapid changes
