Amanda has significant experience in digital transformation in the Government context and currently heads up Thoughtwork’s government transformation advisory team. Previously Amanda was the General Manager of Customer and Digital Strategy within the Queensland Government’s Customer and Digital Group leading the development and delivery of Whole-of-Government customer, digital and data strategies as well as products to enable government to make services simpler and easier to access for citizens and business. With an extensive background in social and community services over 30 years, Amanda has worked in frontline child protection, youth justice and disability roles and also driven major organizational transformations which involve technology as an enabler for better, more equitable customer outcomes.
