Sales Manager销售经理(Business Development)

Hong Kong, China

The position is based in Hong Kong. Main target is to develop new clients in HK & Macau.
Shape and manage Business Strategy/Plan to drive aggressive growth.
Articulate Thoughtworks’ value proposition and Shape holistic collaboration with target accounts.
Build strong relationships with client's senior management.
Collaborate with the service team to deliver high value services to clients.

· Ability to establish relationships at all levels within a customer organization.
· Requires understanding of the market, developing solutions, customer relationships, partner go-to market.
· Have a positive attitude, proactive behavior, and a high desire for achievement.
· Aggressive, people-oriented, result-oriented & business acumen, open-minded and willing to take challenges.
· Strategic thinking, psychological maturity, ability to balance failure and success.
· Strong leadership skill to drive sales achievement and business development. Can create cross-region collaboration internal and external.
· Rich Sales experience with Solution, System Integration, Software Service or Consulting Service
· More than 5 years of Professional Services /Software selling experience in Assurance/public/retail Industry.
· Be good at writing, speaking, listening, and reading both in Chinese and English.
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or relevant.
· Travel sometimes.
