The Interview

I came to find ThoughtWorks by

a facebook status. My friend was working in Sydney and posted that TW was hiring. I replied, did the selection process and six months (yes, it can take a while!) later I was on a plane to Australia.

With ThoughtWorks, I've visited

I've been to Sydney, Melbourne, Delhi, Glasgow, London, Porto Alegre, Sao Paulo, rural Haiti, Boston, Charlotte... Everywhere, man!

The thing I love most about my work is

The people. Their commitment to doing great things - both technically and socially. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and I'm a very different person to the one who joined nearly 5 years ago.

The most interesting thing I've learned on the job is

actually nothing to do with the job. I have learned so much about equality, gender rights, social and economic justice, diversity and more!
