I am a passionate individual who thinks technology can solve all the problems in the world!
I have worked in the IT industry for over 8 years playing different roles - programmer, analyst, manager, trainer and a coach and hence I call myself a 'problem solver', because I do whatever it takes to solve a problem!
I have experience working with entrepreneurs, NGOs, small-medium enterprises and large corporates. My work doesn't just involve delivering quality products but also involves transforming organisations to make working environments fun and passionate.
I came to find ThoughtWorks by
chance! A friend of friend of mine was looking for a position in TW Studios and found my background quite interesting - Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Math. I landed up at ThoughtWorks and got interviewed for Studios, Marketing and Professional Services. And finally got chosen as an analyst for Professional Services.
The best advice I can give a current or future ThoughtWorker is
to be prepared to start from ground zero. Be challenged at every opportunity. And value everyone in the company equally and with respect irrespective of their age or grade or role.
The thing I'm most proud of from my time here is
making a difference to the people I work with in and outside TW.
The thing I love most about my work is
working with passionate and driven individuals.
With ThoughtWorks, I've visited
India, Brazil, United Kingdon, United States, Uganda, South Africa
The most interesting thing I've learned on the job is
that work can be fun. And if it is fun there aren't any complaints.
