Camila Tartari Kaul

employer brand manager

I like to consider myself a very hands-on, flexible, and passionate ThoughtWorker. Someone who believes people can really change the world. Extremely open-minded, team player, and very humble too.

It's a bit hard to believe that over six years have gone by since I joined this organization. I have done so many different roles during this time, worked with insanely intelligent people, experienced a variety of different cultures, that I can tell you I have never been bored a day.

The Interview

The thing I love most about my work is

The people I work with is definitely the thing I love the most about ThoughtWorks.

Every person I've worked with is passionate, clever, and with a continuous desire to learn. And the most intelligent people I've met here are also the most humble, constantly looking to evolve - striving to see the world through a different perspective. ThoughtWorks has definitely made me a better human being.

With ThoughtWorks, I've visited

So many places!

I traveled extensively in Brazil, visiting places that I probably wouldn't have known without TW. In South America I had the opportunity to visit Bolivia, Argentina, and Ecuador. I definitely grew as a Brazilian and Latin-American.

I was privileged to join our Emerging Economies Leadership Development.  Program, and throughout this program I had the opportunity to travel to India and China and learn so much about both countries.

I visited almost all our offices in North America, and have also been to Europe a few times visiting our offices in London, Manchester, Hamburg and Berlin.

ThoughtWorks helped me realize that I am a Global Citizen.
