Collectively, this team is constantly innovating and adapting, driving change, and supporting Thoughtworks’ goals in an effort to run an exceptional employee working experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Sydney workplace, with the primary focus on building rapport, supporting our culture and driving initiatives. At times this role also supports the needs of the wider Australian Operations team (including Marketing, Recruitment, Finance, TechOps and People Support). This person plays a very visible role in the day-to-day life of Thoughtworkers across their employment cycle; from induction to exits and everything in between, you play host to our growing workforce, shaping and guiding their experience along the way.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include but not limited to</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Office facilities and supplier management</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Being a proactive culture driver and leader</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Initiating community and team incentives</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creative problem-solving and project-managing</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supporting wider AU operations initiatives</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Facilitate aspects of the inductions and exits</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Large event management - Yearly all-hands meeting, local team building days, end of year events</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support and implement global Thoughtworks goals and plans</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will be self-motivated and proactive to do whatever is needed to make our Sydney space a fun, safe and exciting place to be. You will also need to be a collaborative team player working with and supporting the other Australia workplace experience leads and the Australia Belonging Consultant, to deliver on these incentives and experiences to all Thougtworkers.&nbsp; Must be able to work autonomously and be able to build relationships and rapport with people from various functions; this would make you a great fit for this role 😎</span></p> <p><strong>A little about you:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong computer literacy (GSuite and Mac)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Global and team spirit.
