You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our Sales Operations Lead in reporting and analysis. As long as you have an open mind, a disruptive thinker, we’d like to hear from you.</span></p> <p><strong>You’ll spend time learning and assisting with:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes and optimising lead qualification and scoring.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own sales tracking and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Accountable for operational sales data, analysis, and reporting needs</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Managing relationships including internal and external team members, stakeholders, subject matter experts, reporting to the EGM of Client Growth</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the EGM of Client Growth on all specialist reporting requirements including quarterly and annual plan preparation and readiness</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Travel and team meeting coordination where required</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what we’re looking for:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrable management reporting experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">High standard of data analysis &amp; tools (report extractors, Excel, management information systems)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrable experience in high level reporting and report publications</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Detail oriented analytical mind and the ability to dive into complex data sets</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Has a passion for numerical analysis, can apply this data to business situations and provide strategic recommendations</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Outstanding communicative skills, including ability to present to diverse groups of people and persuading executives when they believe certain issues should be prioritised</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Self organising and ability to handle multiple stakeholders with a consistent high service and revel in such an environment</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At time of application candidates need to hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.</span></p> <p style="color: white;">#LI-AUSTRALIA</p> <div>&nbsp;</div>ThoughtworksSydneyAustralia
