Internal Communications Specialist2021-04-28T05:15:37-04:00<p>ThoughtWorks Spain is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will work closely with the Leadership Team’s across all Spanish-speaking ThoughtWorks offices, including Ecuador, Spain, and Chile to manage and execute internal communication campaigns.&nbsp;</p> <p>As remote work has become more and more prevalent, we see each other less and less, and communication pathways have become a strategic tool for building community and keeping ThoughtWorkers engaged, informed, and included. We would like to become more deliberate about it and this role is a key part of that initiative.</p> <p><strong>If you’re an aspirant for this role, you probably satisfy several of the following criteria. You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional written, communication and interpersonal skills;</li> <li>The ability to connect with a diverse audience from senior technologists to new Gen Z entrants through your writing style and audio visual concepts;</li> <li>Considerable familiarity with video, content and social networking platforms to replicate those usage patterns in the enterprise;</li> <li>An eye for design and basic familiarity with digital content creation tools (Creative Cloud, GSuite, Sketch, etc)the ability to collect and curate content and stories from various internal sources, to tell a coherent story;</li> <li>Experience in producing audio visual content is desired;</li> <li>Experience working with senior stakeholders to create communication campaigns for strategic change programs is desired</li> </ul> <p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with senior leadership and you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing several communication campaigns;</li> <li>Create the strategy and advise the market leaders on it.</li> <li>Leverage a variety of digital platforms to connect and engage diverse workforce that includes a high percentage of millennial and Gen Z individuals;</li> <li>Co-manage organisation-wide events and internal brand building;</li> <li>Develop and execute innovative concepts and copy for multi-channel campaign evolve a set of repeatable communication patterns (newsletters, podcast series, live events, roadshows, etc) for our diverse workforce;</li> <li>Measure the effectiveness of internal campaigns and use this data to improve our overall approach to communication;</li> <li>Help to bridge the communication&nbsp; gap between leadership teams and workers all around. Tailor your messages to different office and national cultures as necessary</li> <li>Leverage globally-produced English language content for distribution to Spanish-speaking audiences</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Here’s what we’re looking for:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Graduate in the communication field with 5 to 8 years of experience - conceptual, design and copywriting skills;&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on experience or comfort in creating multimedia assets like - podcasts, films;</li> <li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;</li> <li>Familiarity with social and online media (a vibrant online presence is a plus);</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail;</li> <li>Wiliness to handle internal branding activities and events aiming to engage and create a sense of community</li> <li>Native Spanish, fluency in English</li> </ul> <p style="color: white;">#LI-DNI</p>ThoughtworksMadridSpain
