The intent of the role is to provide a more positive, concentrated experience for our employees through the roll-out of our new performance management process, and to provide a consistent support mechanism to enable those with capability gaps to improve. Key responsibilities of the role will be:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support with the training and learning required to upskill TWers on our new performance management process</p> </li> <li> <p>Support with the revised process for our growth and cultivation programme, designed to ensure that all TWers receive timely and consistent feedback</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead on our moderation process to ensure consistent performance measures have been applied to all</p> </li> <li> <p>Define and support our promotions (grade change) process for the UK</p> </li> <li> <p>Work alongside other Talent Business Partners (TBPs) to evolve our approach to talent management and nurturing</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage capability concerns from projects: including roll-outs, poor client feedback and capability mismatches for roles</p> </li> <li> <p>Review and redesign our probation period policy and process</p> </li> <li> <p>End-to-end management of capability cases, ensuring a legally compliant and fair process for TWers</p> </li> <li> <p>Creating clear outlines of job descriptions and deliverables for senior hires into the business</p> </li> </ul> <p>We offer amazing benefits from the day you start including private medical insurance, travel insurance, income protection, critical illness, life assurance, pension scheme, child care vouchers, personal development budget, 25 days holiday and a ride2work scheme.</p> <p>We proudly, passionately and actively strive to make both ThoughtWorks and our industry more representative of the communities we serve.
