This is a hugely impactful role which offers great potential to grow and develop.</p> <p>A Senior Talent Development Specialist at ThoughtWorks will be responsible for partnering with our delivery teams on a day to day basis, working with other members of the People and Capability agile teams to put robust processes in place as we grow rapidly. You will ultimately ensure all ThoughtWorkers are correctly supported, challenged and recognised. How?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Being part of the Talent Development team to grow best practice frameworks for all functions: leadership development, onboarding, continuous learning, diversity and inclusivity, cultivation and engagement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Supporting the development of engagement strategies to maintain retention, protect and improve our culture and give every ThoughtWorker a voice which support our ambition to be representative of the communities and clients we serve.</p> </li> </ul> <p>And here’s what you’ll bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You know people. You understand their motivators, fast, and match them to the opportunities of ThoughtWorks naturally.</p> </li> <li> <p>You bring a 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in related responsibilities</p> </li> <li> <p>You have a professional attitude and passion about people topics with a special focus on continuous learning.</p> </li> <li> <p>You are familiar with the Agile mindset.</p> </li> <li> <p>You are tenacious, creative and a team player. You love what you do.</p> </li> <li> <p>You have demonstrated maturity on difficult conversations and conflict resolution due to your previous professional experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>You hold demonstrable experience of current Spanish employment law, employee relations and strong business partnering.</p> </li> <li> <p>You have a developed sensitivity about D&amp;I matters and feedback culture.</p> </li> <li> <p>You feel comfortable with people data and analytics and are curious about what makes organisations and individuals perform at a high level.</p> </li> <li> <p>You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.</p> </li> <li> <p>You are flexible to travel to Madrid on a quarterly basis and are availability to join us starting on July 2019</p> </li> </ul> <p>Here’s what the recruiting process will be about if your CV is considered a fit:</p> <ul> <li> <p>30 minutes conversation with the Talent Development team lead</p> </li> <li> <p>A remote technical interview with our People team on L&amp;D and D&amp;I topics</p> </li> <li> <p>An Office Interview Day where you will present a case study based on a conflict resolution exercise, will be part of our Culture Conversation, will have an interview with Operations about workload management and prioritisation and a final conversation with our MDs.</p> </li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in being part of an organisation that will challenge and stretch you and let you be your whole self, then we should talk.</p> <p class="p1">#LI-SPAIN</p> <p> </p>ThoughtworksBarcelonaSpain
