Thoughtworks University (TWU) Operations Support Analyst is responsible for supporting our Operations Lead in the successful execution of all global terms with a specific focus on trainee logistics.
Will be responsible for our administrative and operations tasks that drive progress for our strategic projects.
Works in close partnership with TWU Operations Lead.
Job Responsibilities
Support Operations Lead in planning and running the term successfully
- Plan and execute trainee logistics
- Work closely with the Mobility Team on travel for attendees
TWU Trainer engagements (Staffing)
- Support Operations Lead in administrative and coordination tasks
Stakeholder management
- Maintain regular communication with Operations Lead and TWU Core Team
- Update Operations Lead on progress and blockers
Data Management
- Data Analytics - Using our data to create an analysis and insights
- Creation of data visuals
- Interest in data - working closely with our Data Team to pull the correct reports
- Emergent responsibilitiesYou will be part of a team with rapidly changing needs and should be open to picking up further responsibilities as needed
Job qualifications
Technical skills
- 2-4 years of experience in administration related to talent management
- Data - interests in data insights and reporting
- Administrative Skills - strong attention to detail and some administrative experience
Professional skills
- Organizational Skills - can task manage well and keep on top of numerous tasks
- Dealing with ambiguity - can work comfortably in an ambiguous way to ensure we are shifting gears to adapt and align with continuously shifting business direction
- Effective communication - Able to address different messages and different global audiences in a customized manner
