The Interview

The thing I love most about my work is

The strive for excellence in every ThoughtWorker, and endless possibilities to learn and to discover in every challenge that you take - as well as the revolutionary social mission that ties it all together.

The most interesting thing I've learned on the job is

Nothing trumps a good team that gives quick and direct feedback, holds mutual respect and exchanges a healthy dose of smiles and high fives!

One of the most interesting stories I recall from my time at ThoughtWorks was when

…you have those random encounters with great colleagues. That day when the CEO gets up to open the office door for you. Or when Martin Fowler sits down next to you, just to geek out about the code you were just writing.
