An experienced senior leader within the European Digital and Retail sectors, I am hugely passionate about change, technology and achieving great business and consumer outcomes.
I work alongside ThoughtWorks colleagues and our Retail & Consumer clients to develop propositions which enable them to fully leverage the benefits of technology in this rapidly changing business climate.
We see a Consumer sector at a tipping point, where digital is no longer limited online but instead crosses every aspect of the value chain. This, in turn, sees unprecedented opportunity to both secure today's business and, more critically, start exploring the new opportunities which will represent the business of tomorrow. Both challenges requiring companies to build new capability in strategy, design and technology, to enable them to rapidly adapt to change rather than be unseated by it.
We do this with tenured companies with a great heritage, for whom the task is reinvention in order to realise the potential that this new and changing context presents. In equal measure, we also work with new entrants to sectors where we provide experience, expertise and scaling capability as they seek to rethink the way that the world works.
Prior to ThoughtWorks, I worked in a range of leadership roles in Strategy, Marketing and Commerce, across retailers such as Tesco, eBay, and MFI. I also have experience in early stage startups and a number of consultancy roles, and have an MBA.
