This will require you to collaborate closely with the recruitment team, internal and external tech communities to drive outcomes aligned with business goals.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You'll spend time on the following:</strong></p> <p><strong>Strategy:</strong>&nbsp;Devise and execute the recruitment marketing plan for Singapore&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Event Planning:</strong> Knowing the ins and outs of organising events, which includes: sourcing venues, project managing events, pre-show traffic generation, design, management, technical management, follow up, and analysis.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Event promotion:</strong> Be hands-on in design, planning and execution of activities across all communication channels: events, PR, social media, digital campaigns, etc.&nbsp; Putting together engaging event promotion campaigns</p> <p><strong>Event Metrics: </strong>Go deep in the perspectives of our target audience, and drive content and activities that get them engaged and excited (both clients and potential recruits)</p> <p><strong>Vendor management:</strong> Developing relationships with all third-party providers and negotiating competitive pricing and service levels.</p> <p><strong>Digital marketing:</strong> This includes ad campaigns, community management, website content, social media marketing</p> <p><strong>Marketing automation &amp; analytics:</strong> Using a marketing automation tool, monitoring event marketing metrics, analysing marketing campaigns, and reporting on all activity and results.</p> <p><strong>Recruitment Marketing:</strong> &nbsp;Work with recruitment team to develop and implement innovative marketing programs to make ThoughtWorks Singapore a destination employer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Here's what we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in marketing and / or advertising</li> <li>Degree or equivalent in marketing / communications</li> <li>A commercially minded marketing leader with ownership of budgeting and planning</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects</li> <li>Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation are a plus.&nbsp; Experience in campaign strategy, planning, execution &amp; follow-through</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Not quite ready to apply?
