Global Incentives and Executive Pay - Business Partner2021-09-08T06:31:09-04:00<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Executive Summary</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This a Global role to be compensation business partner for global executive pay and all incentive plans, including sales plans. It will be a key role to deliver executive comp strategy, maintain disclosure documentation and have organised, compliant and efficient incentive plan processes. This role will have C suite exposure and will advise countries on how to use incentive plans in a way that works with our philosophy, is SOX compliant and fits with a Global First mindset.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be responsible for the execution of compensation for the top 10%</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be responsible for the accurate and timely submission of information to legal in relation to disclosure needs</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Act as a compensation business partner to the global functional leads</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be a key part of the annual disclosure team</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support analytics on the sales team</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with Global Head of Reward and Sales for updated sales plans</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide benchmarking on the sales function</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Train Heads of People on reward guidelines and philosophy</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Inform the Global Reward Head of changes in thinking on exec pay, trends and hot topics</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be the ambassador of the incentive plans, author communication and training</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Act as a compensation business partner to understand the intricacies of changing and setting executive pay</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for ad hoc benchmarking for new hires</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain accurate records of all incentive plans, for finance and HRIS</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Track and manage approvals under delegated authority rules</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Liaise with finance and legal at frequent intervals</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create and deliver member communications</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work as liaison between global stakeholders and relevant country People leadership in relation to merit reviews, stock reviews, and incentive plan launch or payouts</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide insight and overviews 1-2 a year on external benchmarking on incentives</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for benchmarking the top 100</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyse our strategic goals</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help design and implement the incentive pay roadmap</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Keep the diary of annual exec and incentive actions</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own the compliance and delivery of the annual bonus plans</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> style="font-weight: 400;">Managing multiple annual incentive plans in a global business</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Training and development in reward
