Main target is to develop new clients in HK &amp; Macau.<br>Shape and manage Business Strategy/Plan to drive aggressive growth.<br>Articulate Thoughtworks’ value proposition and Shape holistic collaboration with target accounts.<br>Build strong relationships with client's senior management.<br>Collaborate with the service team to deliver high value services to clients.<br><br>Qualification:<br>To be a Thoughtworker, you must be integrity, passionate, willing to learn constantly and take challenges.<br>· Ability to establish relationships at all levels within a customer organization.<br>· Requires understanding of the market, developing solutions, customer relationships, partner go-to market.<br>· Have a positive attitude, proactive behavior, and a high desire for achievement.<br>· Aggressive, people-oriented, result-oriented &amp; business acumen, open-minded and willing to take challenges.<br>· Strategic thinking, psychological maturity, ability to balance failure and success.<br>· Strong leadership skill to drive sales achievement and business development. Can create cross-region collaboration internal and external.<br>· Rich Sales experience with Solution, System Integration, Software Service or Consulting Service<br>· More than 5 years of Professional Services /Software selling experience in Assurance/public/retail Industry.<br>· Be good at writing, speaking, listening, and reading both in Chinese and English.<br>· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or relevant.<br>· Travel sometimes.</p>ThoughtworksHong KongChina
