People Operation's Coordinator[Contractual]2019-08-02T05:58:49-04:00<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><strong>Role: Coordinator-People Operations (Contract)</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The role of People Operations Coordinator manages all tasks under people operations throughout the employees’ life cycle for a ThoughtWorks office, in alignment with business and people strategies. The objectives are to help streamline and independently run all monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc operations as part of employee engagement. The role involves a high level of diligence, promptness and attention to detail while working with different stakeholders in the people team, office operations teams and employees.</span></p> <p><strong>The overall responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Managing logistics &amp; communication with different stakeholder groups and data capturing for</span></li> </ul> <ol> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> New Hire pre-joining</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Grad and Lateral On-boarding</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Performance reviews</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Promotions/ Grade Changes</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Leave related matters</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Exits</span></li> </ol> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Working alongside the People Champion(s) to for sustaining &amp; continuing to evolve ThoughtWorks culture</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Handling basic people queries on policies and benefits</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Handling logistics and coordination for office level meetings and events</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Handling all documentation required for internal and external audits for the people/HR function</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Min education requirement- Graduation</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Upto 2 years of experience in HR operations role</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fluent verbal and written communication in English </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conversant with basic IT systems like Microsoft Office, Google drives and the usage of machines (scanners, printers etc.)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to multi-task and drive items to closure </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualities desirable:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to operate with integrity and confidentiality while dealing with sensitive data</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understands the importance of HR policy and practices- deployment and adherence</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to be open and approachable while dealing with people </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to be proactive and going out of the way to learn and contribute</span></li> </ul>ThoughtworksBangaloreIndia
