Program Director

This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end delivery of our most strategic client engagements while also shaping and expanding&nbsp;our Data and AI offerings.</p></div><h2 id='job-responsibilities'>Job responsibilities</h2><div class="job-responsibilities content"><ul>
<li><b>Delivery Leadership:</b> Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Data and AI transformation programs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.</li>
<li><b>Client Relationship Management: </b>Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and proactively manage risks and issues.</li>
<li><b>Team and Program Management:</b> Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management across multiple engagements.</li>
<li><b>Growth and Business Development:</b> Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and new business within existing accounts. Partner with the sales and solution teams to contribute to proposals, statements of work, and go-to-market strategies for Data and AI services.</li>

<li>15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role at a consulting and/or engineering firm.</li>

<li>Strong <strong>business acumen</strong> and a track record of driving <strong>business</strong> <strong>growth</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Nice to have:</strong> deep expertise in Data and AI transformation, including data strategy, cloud data platforms, machine learning, and advanced analytics.&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>Nice to have:</strong> bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or MBA.</li>
