Job responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing, value-driven workplace operations team across the region, fostering excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Localize and implement global workplace operations and experience best practices to deliver consistent, high-quality employee experiences and operational efficiency.
- Own regional functional budgets, including cost management, tracking, and alignment with global financial objectives.
- Partner with regional business stakeholders to ensure office spaces, events, and workplace initiatives support business goals and enhance employee experience.
- Oversee relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency across the regional portfolio.
- Collaborate with the global real estate team on end-to-end property lifecycle management, including leasing, occupancy, and exit activities.
- Participate and in some case coordinate crisis management activities such as business continuity plans and emergency responses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Talent, GITS, InfoSec) to ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and technology standards.
- Drive regional sustainability initiatives within workplace operations, promoting environmentally responsible practices.
- Lead and contribute to activities that build community and employee engagement through partnering with other functions such as DEISSC, Communities of Practice, Employer Brand, Field Marketing, and other global programs.

- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and govern complex, multi-site workplace projects and programs, ensuring alignment with global objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Deep understanding of real estate lifecycle management, facilities operations, space optimization, and workplace experience design to enable efficient, functional, and inspiring environments.
- Proven experience in developing and executing initiatives that foster employee connection, belonging, and engagement across diverse regional teams and office locations.
- Strong command of environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as physical and operational security standards; ensures compliance with internal and external governance frameworks.
- Skilled in sourcing, contracting, and managing vendors, suppliers, and service partners to deliver quality, cost-effective, and reliable workplace services.
- Adept at building and maintaining effective partnerships with senior leaders, business units, and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
- Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities to drive favorable outcomes in contracts, property agreements, and strategic partnerships, balancing business, financial, and operational needs.
