• Extensive experience interviewing and selecting technology staff from developers through to Programme Managers
• Experience of developing mentoring and review programmes
• A strong understanding of competency frameworks
• Excellent understanding of Workplace Relations legislation and employment law
• Ability to write clear and concise Human Resources policies and procedures and communicate them effectively throughout the company
• Educated to degree level
