Global Delivery Field Marketing Associate
If you would like to...
- Provide market analysis and intelligence to assist in targeting
- Collaboratively define & execute demand generation plan for target industries and markets including: email, web, direct mail, events, networking and tele-campaign tactics
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to drive consistent improvement and fine-tuning
- Lead and/or support development of compelling content, collateral, website, advertising, references and sales tools
- Execute field campaigns to include copy creation, coordination of graphics, launch of campaign and tracking of responses and sales follow up. Involves managing vendors, internal staff and hands-on execution.
- Partner with Sales & Delivery to develop and maintain customer reference program to include: referrals, project measurement, case study development
- Plan, facilitate and track regional speaking and public relations opportunities.
- Organize, plan and execute tradeshows and events to maximize related marketing and selling opportunities
- Internal communication of marketing programs and available sales tools to field sales force
- General marketing administration tasks
In this role...
You will be reporting directly to business leaders who are not marketing specialists. We are looking for someone who has done this before and can bring their own approach and vision to the role vs. someone who will need a significant amount of mentoring in marketing fundamentals. We expect the right candidate to have on the order of 5 to 8 years of marketing, communications or business development experience working with executives. Experience marketing custom software development services, ideally in a global/offshore delivery model is required. Periodic domestic (US) and international travel (India and China) will be required.
