If you would like to...

• Manage profitability and commercial awareness of client engagements with specific focus on:
  o Finance liaison with Client Account Management team & North America Leadership Team
  o Responsible for compiling, analyzing, and organizing financial information for client engagements. Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and provide analysis of information presented.
  o Perform calculations for client engagement revenue and margin projections. Consult with appropriate personnel regarding budget needs and monitor expenditures and income related to budgets to assure availability of funds
  o Work closely with client project teams involving key operational activities
  o Ensure timely and accurate client billing and collection of cash
  o Provide travel assistance for client engagements
• Manage finance/commercial needs of local markets (i. e. office locations). This role will be finance liaison with Market Leadership teams.
• Work closely with North America Finance Manager to identify/fills gaps in NA operations. This will include:
  o Provide analysis of internal project spending and tracking against budget
  o Assist in development of reports to track key financial metrics across North America business
  o Provide a variety of accounting functions including journal entries. Assist in month and year-end closing process. Review and reconcile cash and account balances
• Collaborate with Global Finance team to develop best practices and processes
• Assist in tax preparation of US business
• Ad-hoc support to the NA Leadership Team, NA Operation Leads and Global Controller.

And you have...

• A track record of financial management experience (most likely 1-5 years)
• Finance or Accounting degree
• Strong communication and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word)
• Experience in the use of Finance systems and the ability to utilize technology to create focused management information (PeopleSoft a nice-to-have)
• A positive, can-do attitude and the proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to an ever changing business environment
• Experience of working at the national level with a globally-run business (nice to have)
