Greg Layok is the North America Managing Director at ThoughtWorks, Inc. Greg, who joined ThoughtWorks in February 2003 as the Midwest Managing Director, has a proven track record of growing business innovation and enabling agility through the delivery of strategic custom software development and systems integration. He has more than 12 years of experience in the IT professional services field.

Prior to joining ThoughtWorks, Greg was a client partner and an early member of Viant Corp. He has also worked as a strategic IT advisor to companies in Southeast Asia. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture).
