Dave Whalley, Global Head of Delivery

Dave Whalley is ThoughtWorks' Global Head of Delivery. In his role, Dave is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of ThoughtWorks' engagements. This involves the management of a Global Delivery Assurance function as well as owning the capabilities which define the Agile processes used to deliver a wide range of services to clients.

Prior to this role, Dave was directly responsible for some of ThoughtWorks' largest and most complex, mission-critical projects including the management of a multi-year programme of work to replace of a legacy point-of-sales/stock management system for a FTSE 100 electronics retailer.

Dave has been a part of ThoughtWorks for nearly five years. Prior to joining ThoughtWorks, Dave has over 20 years experience in a wide range of different industries including product development, defence and financial service consultancies.
