Bruce Ferguson, Canada Managing Director

Bruce Ferguson is responsible for the Canadian operations, including the development and execution of its business strategy and financial planning.

Bruce joined ThoughtWorks in 2002 and has previously led the overseas operations in ThoughtWorks' two Australia offices and the continued expansion and management of ThoughtWorks' business development efforts globally. Bruce, who has more than 23 years of IT consulting and management experience, also plays a leadership role in managing a number of ThoughtWorks' key client relationships.

Prior to joining ThoughtWorks, Ferguson held a number of executive positions at leading IT consulting firms. During his nine-year tenure at Cap Gemini, Ferguson was Vice President, Financial Services Sector; Vice President, e-Business Solutions; Vice President, Corporate Change Management; and Vice President responsible for various geographic regions.

Prior to 1989, he served as Senior Vice President for Systemation, Incorporated, a Cleveland-based project management and systems development firm. Before joining Systemation in 1980, Bruce held various executive IT positions at Progressive Casualty Insurance Company in Mayfield Village, Ohio.
