Scott Shaw, ThoughtWorks
Scott is the Head of Technology for ThoughtWorks Australia. A senior consultant in the areas of IT strategy and Agile and Lean software development methodologies, he has been developing large-scale distributed software systems for business and government clients for over 15 years, holds 2 US patents, and has published papers in peer-reviewed engineering journals. He just finished a one-year stint as the GM of ThoughtWorks Pune, a 150-person agile delivery center in India.

Kedar Bapat, ThoughtWorks
Kedar is a senior Project Manager at ThoughtWorks with over 12 years of experience as a developer, business analyst and project manager. He has worked for applying IT solutions in varied industry sectors such as Banking & Financial Services, Capital Markets, Corporate HR staffing, Online Retail, e-Commerce and the Rail Industry. He likes to focus on nurturing client relationships and delivering large scale, complex IT solutions in a distributed and fast paced environment.

Satya Narayan, ThoughtWorks
Satya Narayan is a senior consultant at ThoughtWorks with more than 6 years of experience in developing software applications. During these years he has played many roles, including that of a passionate developer, product manager and technical evangelist. He has also been part of a variety of projects ranging from small business products to large scale offshore development.

Chirag Doshi, ThoughtWorks
Chirag has around 8 years of experience in developing software applications. He has played many roles including that of developer, tester and analyst on Agile teams ranging from 2 people in size to about 200. He is an active Agile evangelist, and speaks at conferences in India and abroad.
