ThoughtWorks UK Ranked First For Innovation In Prestigious Award

1 Dec 2005 - Global IT consultancy ThoughtWorks Ltd has been ranked first in the 'innovation' category of the 'Top ICT Employers in the UK Award', run in conjunction with Computing Magazine.

The ICT Employers Award aims to identify and recognise organisations operating in the UK that offer a great place to work. Based on research carried out by the Corporate Research Foundation, the award is determined by a number of key metrics, assessed by a panel of expert judges including Michael Gough, chief executive of the National Computing Centre and Colin Thompson, deputy chief executive of the British Computer Society. The criterion judged includes training, promotion and development, pay and benefits, innovation and company culture.
