Matt is the Director of Offshore Demand for ThoughtWorks Americas. Ten years ago he moved to Bangalore and spent three years working to establish ThoughtWorks' first offshore agile delivery center. Since then he has consulted with many organizations around the world to help them optimize the effectiveness of their distributed delivery teams. He writes and speaks regularly on distributed agile and other hot topics in enterprise software development.

Steven Boswell (Director of IT, Gap Inc Direct)
Steve is a Director of IT at Gap Inc Direct and is responsible for quality implementation of software projects in the Gap's e-commerce platforms, continuous process improvements and mentoring/coaching software development teams. Currently, Steven is leading the near-shore development efforts with ThoughtWorks Brazil and previously was a member of the initial team sent to Singapore by Barclays Global Investors to set up its global software development center. Steven has been an Agile practitioner and champion since 2004 and has extensive experience consulting in large organizations- primarily in the finance and manufacturing industries.
