Guo Xiao, China Managing Director
Guo Xiao serves ThoughtWorks as the General Manager of its China operations. Xiao is focused on growing ThoughtWorks' business in the Chinese market, building its thought leadership in the Chinese IT industry, and delivering business value to its clients in China and worldwide.
Xiao joined ThoughtWorks in 1999 as a senior consultant. He has spent 8 years of his career implementing distributed, multi-layer, multi-tier enterprise solutions. He has helped a number of clients to build large scale, mission critical, globally deployed applications with high scalability, availability and reliability. Since 2004, Xiao has helped to create and grow ThoughtWorks' China branch, and has served as Director of Technology and Deputy General Manager for this region.
